Artwork / File Requirements

To print UV DTF by the metre, we need your artwork supplied print-ready. If you are not sure, call 0191 4191262 and we’ll advise before you place the pre-order.

Preferred file types

• PDF (print-ready)
• PNG (transparent background)
• SVG (vector)
• AI (Adobe Illustrator)

Artwork rules (important)

• Artwork must be supplied at the final print size
• Images must be high resolution (recommended 300dpi at print size)
• For PNG files, use a transparent background (no white box)
• Text must be outlined/converted to curves in vector files where possible
• Leave a little spacing between designs if you want them easy to cut

What to avoid

• Low quality screenshots
• Blurry images
• Photos of logos taken on a phone
• Artwork with unwanted backgrounds
