Copyright, Trademarks and Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they own, or have obtained all necessary licences, permissions and authorisations to reproduce every design, photograph, illustration, logo, name, character, trademark or other material supplied to DTFX.

By uploading, emailing or otherwise supplying artwork and placing an order, the customer confirms that DTFX is authorised to reproduce that material solely for the purpose of completing the order.

DTFX is not responsible for independently checking the ownership or legal status of customer-supplied artwork. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer accepts responsibility for claims, losses, damages and reasonable costs arising from an allegation that the supplied material infringes another party’s copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

DTFX reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend an order where artwork appears to be unlawful, offensive, misleading or potentially infringing. We may request evidence of ownership, licensing or permission before beginning production.

This provision does not exclude or restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UK law. Full details should also be included in our Terms and Conditions .
