Is embroidery durable?
Yes. Embroidery is extremely durable and is designed to withstand regular washing and everyday wear without fading or peeling.
Is there a setup charge for embroidery?
Yes. There is a one-off embroidery setup charge of £17.50 + VAT. This covers the digitising of your logo or design to ensure the best stitch quality. Once set up, the same design can usually be reused on future orders.
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
We can embroider single items as well as bulk orders. Trade and bulk pricing is available for larger quantities.
Can you embroider logos and text?
Yes. We can embroider company logos, names, text and custom designs. Artwork may need to be digitised before embroidery to ensure the best stitch quality.
What file formats do you accept for embroidery?
We can work from most common file formats including PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG and JPEG. Vector artwork is preferred for the best results, but we can advise if your file needs adjusting.
What size can an embroidered logo be?
Embroidery sizes vary depending on the garment and placement. Common logo sizes include left chest, right chest and sleeve embroidery. We will advise on the best size for your design.
Can you embroider small details?
Embroidery works best with clean, bold designs. Very small text or fine details may need adjusting to ensure clarity when stitched.
How long does embroidery take?
Turnaround times depend on order size and artwork approval. Once artwork is approved, embroidery is typically completed within a few working days.
