Artwork requirements
Supply the clearest original club badge and sponsor artwork available. Vector PDF or Adobe Illustrator files are ideal; high-resolution transparent PNG files can also be assessed.
Do not use artwork without permission. The club is responsible for ensuring it has authority to reproduce badges, sponsor logos, league marks and other protected designs.
Final approval matters: check every player name, number, garment size, artwork file and print position before production. Personalised teamwear cannot normally be returned because details were supplied incorrectly.
Printing on club-supplied kits
Clubs may provide their own suitable garments for printing. Send the brand, product code, fabric composition and care-label details before delivery where possible.
Technical fabrics, waterproof coatings, sublimated polyester, mesh panels, seams, zips and heat-sensitive materials may restrict the available print method or position.
New or unfamiliar kit should be tested before a full squad run. DTFX may decline garments that cannot be decorated safely or consistently.
Existing prints and replacements
Reference photographs and an original shirt help us assess an existing font, colour, size and position.
A perfect match is not always possible. Existing prints may have faded or aged, and the original font, film or material may no longer be available.
Removing an old print can mark or damage the fabric, so replacement options must be assessed individually.

Grassroots football printing FAQs
Can you print on football kits we already have?
Yes, if the garments are suitable. Provide the brand, product code, fabric and care-label details. Technical, coated, sublimated or heat-sensitive fabrics may require testing or may be unsuitable.
Can you print a full squad with mixed sizes and numbers?
Yes. Send one clear spreadsheet matching each player’s garment, size, name, number and required print positions.
Can you add sponsor logos to existing kits?
Sponsor logos can be added to suitable garments where the requested position is printable. Supply approved, high-quality artwork and confirm that the club has permission to reproduce it.
Can you match the names and numbers already on our kit?
DTFX can assess reference photographs or an original shirt, but an exact match cannot always be guaranteed because fonts, colours, materials and aged prints vary.
Do you handle mid-season replacements?
Yes. Top-ups for new signings, size changes, lost items and replacements are common. Quote the original order number and send the updated squad details.
Can you remove an old name or number?
Removal must be assessed individually. Heat-applied materials can leave adhesive, shadows or fabric damage, so replacing the garment may sometimes be the safer option.
Do you print youth and adult football kits?
Yes. DTFX supplies youth, adult, school, academy, community, women’s and girls’ football teams.
How do we request a quote?

Can clubs collect their order?
