Use our free online gang sheet builder to upload your artwork, resize your designs and build your sheet exactly how you need it.

Step 2 – Upload Print Ready Artwork

Please upload high-quality artwork in one of the following formats:

• PNG preferred – transparent background required
• PDF
• AI
• PSD

Please ensure all artwork is high resolution and ready to print.

Step 3 – First Time Ordering? Call Us First

If this is your first order, we highly recommend giving us a quick call before submitting your gang sheet.

We can quickly check:

• Artwork quality
• Correct sizing
• Transparency issues
• File setup

Step 4 – Submit Your Order

Once your gang sheet is complete, submit your order online.

For collection orders, you can pay when you collect.

Step 5 – We Pre-Approve Your Artwork

Before printing, our team manually checks every order for:

• Layout problems
• General print suitability

This ensures your prints arrive exactly as expected.

Step 6 – Collection or Delivery

Once your order is ready, we will contact you.

Order before 12:30pm for same day collection.

Order before 12:30pm for next working day delivery.

Collect from our Washington, Tyne and Wear location or choose UK delivery.

Pressing Instructions

Included with every order:

• Press at 130°C for 10 seconds
• Hot peel
• Repress for 5 seconds

For High Dye Polyester

• Press at 110°C for 5 seconds
