While UV DTF technology can produce highly detailed and vibrant results, extremely small text, fine lines, intricate details, low-resolution artwork, or designs printed at very small sizes may not reproduce exactly as they appear on screen.

Customers are responsible for checking that artwork is suitable for the intended print size before ordering. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved your artwork and accept that minor variations in sharpness, colour, detail reproduction, and print appearance may occur as part of the UV DTF printing process.

Where artwork contains exceptionally small text, micro-detailing, thin lines, or elements approaching the technical limitations of the printing process, DTFX cannot guarantee perfect reproduction of these elements.

Due to the custom-made nature of UV DTF transfers, orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the product is found to be materially defective or differs substantially from the approved artwork supplied.
