Before You Order

There are lots of companies selling printed hen party t-shirts, but one common problem is sizing. One manufacturer's size 12 may fit completely differently from another's.

If you're organising the hen night t-shirts, we recommend:

• Collect each person's size, role and nickname before ordering.
• Purchase your own plain t-shirts from retailers such as Primark.
• Avoid ribbed garments as they can affect transfer application.
• Consider using a different coloured t-shirt for the Bride.
• Check that your chosen transfer colour will stand out against the garment colour.

Transfer Size Guide

Measure twice, print once!

As a general guide, a transfer measuring approximately 23cm wide is suitable for most standard ladies' t-shirts. The design should not run from seam to seam but should cover approximately half the width of the garment.

How To Order Multiple Transfers

1. Select the size and colour required for the Bride's transfer.
2. Click Add To Basket.
3. Repeat the process for all other members of the hen party.
4. Do not complete checkout until all transfers have been added to your basket.

This helps ensure you are only charged one postage fee where applicable.

Application Instructions

Your transfer will arrive ready to apply and we will include heat-resistant paper to assist with application.

1. Set your iron to the cotton setting.
2. Ensure the steam function is switched off.
3. Quickly iron the garment area to remove any creases.
4. Position the transfer on the garment.
5. Place the supplied heatproof paper over the transfer.
6. Press firmly with the iron for approximately 15 seconds.
7. Allow to cool slightly before carefully peeling away the clear carrier film.

The transfer should now be permanently bonded to the garment and can be washed at up to 40°C.

Washing Instructions

• Wash inside out at up to 40°C
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron directly onto the design
• Avoid tumble drying where possible

Please ensure all names, nicknames and wording are entered correctly when placing your order.

We will print exactly what is submitted, including capitalisation such as:

• lucy

It is your responsibility to check the transfer before application. We will happily replace or refund any transfer that contains an error made by us, however we cannot cover the cost of any garment once a transfer has been applied.

Returns & Cancellations

As all transfers are made to order in your chosen size, colour and personalised wording, they are exempt from standard returns regulations.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been produced and dispatched.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the transfers supplied. We cannot accept responsibility for garments damaged through incorrect application or failure to follow the supplied instructions.
