Application Instructions:

For Heat Press:

• Set temperature to 130°C (266°F)
• Pre-press garment for 5 seconds
• Apply with medium pressure for 10 seconds
• Allow to cool slightly and cold peel the film
• Optional: Re-press with parchment or Teflon sheet for 5 seconds

For Household Iron:

• Use cotton/high heat setting
• Press firmly over the design for 15–20 seconds
• Allow to cool, then slowly peel the film
• Optional: Re-iron with baking paper
